Sweet Juliet’s parents met in college and a close friendship soon turned into much more! After they got married they knew they wanted to spend some time traveling before having children and even spent 8 months in Australia.

Once they got settled back into life in the states they knew it was time to expand their family. Mom reports that pregnancy was good, even despite being sick for most of the pregnancy. Mom let dad have the job of picking out her first name, and she chose the middle name (after her mom). 8 days after her due date, Juliet Renee was born naturally at a birth center, where mom was able to labor in water, which was a wonderful experience for her and baby.

One interesting fact about this family is Juliet’s dad was in a serious car accident as a teenager which left him paralyzed on one side of his body. He had been through a lot in those years afterward, but overcame so much and is excited to be an active dad in his daughter’s life. His family is overjoyed to see him as a father.

Mom reports that newborn photos were important to her in order to capture these early moments and to give their families something to treasure for a lifetime.

Meet Baby, Novah Claire.

Getting newborn photos taken was super important to this mama as she wanted to make sure she documented this special time in their lives. Having waited so very long for this little angel, newborn pictures were a must.

Mama always knew she wanted a baby, but after losing Novah’s little sister years ago, getting pregnant was not an easy feat. Years worth of fertility treatments yielded no results and after much disappointment, they stopped treatments and moved to a new city for a fresh start. Much to their surprise, God had a different plan for them and with His blessing, they got pregnant, completely unexpected and all-naturally. Wow, what a blessing!

Mom reports that pregnancy was great, even with an incompetent cervix, gestational diabetes, weekly progesterone shots, and a surgery thrown in.

(This mama is a warrior).

Novah was born at 39 weeks, and mama was thankful for that epidural! Finally her RAINBOW BABY!

Dad wanted to make sure he got to put his touch on the session as well and we put little Novah safely in his motorcycle helmet! It’s so fun to be able to personalize each session unique to each family.

Mom’s message to other moms struggling to get pregnant: “Don’t ever lose hope... we spent a lot of time .. money and heartache to have a baby.... and when we decided to move forward and move and change our life completely... the Lord blessed us in his own time and own way. The doctors told me it would be a miracle to get pregnant naturally.... because of my PCOS (polysysic ovarian syndrome) but look at GOD...We are so thankful .”

This family’s story is proof that God’s timing is so much better than ours. He’s never early or late, He’s always on time.
