Because newborns are best photographed within the first three weeks of life, most families reserve their session during the second or third trimester to ensure availability on my calendar.

To begin, simply reach out. I’ll answer your questions, we’ll discuss your vision, and ensure we’re the perfect fit. Once your session date is reserved, the session fee is due to secure your baby’s place on the calendar.

From there, you can relax — everything else is taken care of.

The Session

Newborn sessions typically last around two hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and gentle posing without ever feeling rushed.

My approach is calm, patient, and completely baby-led. I focus on creating a handful of beautifully perfected images rather than overwhelming you with quantity. Every pose is done with intention, safety, and comfort as the highest priority.

Parents are invited to truly rest during the session. Whether that means enjoying a quiet moment, sipping coffee, or simply watching your baby’s portraits unfold, this time is meant to feel peaceful. I’m happy to assist with feedings (if bottle-fed), diaper changes, and soothing so you can fully relax.

For added safety and care, an assistant is typically present in the studio to help spot and gently support your baby at all times.

The studio itself is small, but thoughtfully designed for comfort. Complimentary coffee, water, and snacks are always available, please make yourself at home.

Reveal & Artwork

Approximately two weeks after your session, your baby’s portraits will be delivered in a beautifully curated private online gallery.

From the comfort of your home, you’ll be able to view your images for the very first time and select the collection that feels right for your family. Digital collections are designed to give you flexibility — whether you’re sharing with loved ones, creating birth announcements, or printing artwork in the future.

For families who would love custom wall art or heirloom albums, I offer optional complimentary design consultations. I’m happy to guide you in selecting statement pieces, framed fine art, or albums that beautifully complement your home.

All artwork is professionally produced and delivered directly to your door.
